PhytoNote: Validated Data-Entry App for UV Spectrophotometry

- Designed and developed a bench-side application for real-time, validated entry of UV-spectrophotometer optical densities, replacing error-prone handwritten-to-Excel transcription.
- 8 built-in assays (DPPH, ABTS, FRAP, CAT, TPC, TFC, antibacterial MIC/MBC per CLSI M07-A11, anti-inflammatory BSA denaturation) with formal calibration (R²) and instant color-coded validation (~200 ms).
- Offline-first, glove-friendly interface with auto-save, live IC50 and equivalents (AAE/GAE/TE), and multi-sheet Excel export.
- Released v1.0.1 (Android APK and Linux .deb), open source under GPL-3.0 and archived on Zenodo with a citable DOI.
